1. Scope of Services
Magpie Placement Services provides recruitment and placement services to employers and job candidates. We act as an intermediary to connect skilled professionals with suitable employers.
2. Client Responsibilities (Employers)
Provide accurate and timely information about job vacancies, role requirements, and remuneration.
Communicate promptly with Magpie regarding candidate interviews, offers, or hiring decisions.
Ensure compliance with all applicable employment laws and regulations.
Pay recruitment fees as agreed upon for successful placements.
3. Candidate Responsibilities (Job Seekers)
Provide truthful and complete information about qualifications, experience, and availability.
Attend interviews and assessments as scheduled.
Abide by confidentiality and professional conduct standards during the recruitment process.
4. Fees and Payments
Recruitment fees for employers are based on mutually agreed terms and will be invoiced according to placement.
Candidates do not have to pay any fees or costs for recruitment services provided.
5. Confidentiality
Both employers and candidates agree that any personal or sensitive information shared during the recruitment process is confidential and used solely for hiring purposes.
6. Data Protection
Magpie Placement Services complies with data protection regulations. Personal data will be handled responsibly and stored securely, used only as necessary for recruitment services.
7. Liability
While we strive to provide quality services, Magpie is not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from recruitment decisions, candidate performance, or employment outcomes.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate the recruitment agreement with written notice, subject to any outstanding obligations.
9. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Magpie Placement Services operates.
